Beneath the HCS\u2019 pyramid symbol, you\u2019ll also find a line indicating the main health benefit of the item. For example, if the snack is a bag of dried apricots, you might find a line stating \u201cNo added sugar\u201d, or if it\u2019s a box of crackers, the line might read \u201cTrans-fat free\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For more sinful options like chips and ice cream, the HCS will indicate if a serving is less than 100 calories or 200 calories.
