Determine your goal, how often you want to exercise, and what you will do. For example, plan to do three types of bicep exercises thrice a week, with the ultimate goal of seeing the muscle grow an inch within three months. Remember, there\u2019s no one-size-fits-all exercise that works exactly the same way for everybody, so do not be discouraged if you don\u2019t see results as fast as you hoped.
